Graduate Retention Programme

Qualified and experienced professionals available to grow and support your company

Liverpool Chamber Training is leading a consortium of local universities to support graduate and senior executive retention in Merseyside.

The aim of the programme is to provide Merseyside based unemployed graduates and senior executives with relevant training including career planning support, self awareness and job search skills with access to practice interviews.

The Graduate Retention Programme (part-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund) is designed to ensure that a base of skilled graduates and senior professionals stay in the city to find meaningful work.

These professionals will undertake employability training and will be available for work in your business for a period of either 13 or 26 weeks.

As well as benefitting the graduates, this programme will help local business too. They will bring their skills, education and expertise to your business.

The candidates will undertake training which will include IT, entrepreneurship, sales and marketing to provide maximum benefit to your company during their work placement.

Help stop the "brain drain" in the city by providing an opportunity to make a difference, giving a bright prospect relevant and meaningful work experience.
