The European Computer Licence (ECDL) is an internationally recognised computer skills certification programme spanning some sixty countries. Also known as the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) for countries outside of Europe, the programme is enjoying phenomenal worldwide recognition and growth.
The overall objective of the ECDL programme is to raise the level of core knowledge about Information Technology (IT) and computer skills competency on a global basis and provide an internationally recognised certification.
