Learning and Development NVQ Level 3

Course Content:
A candidate must complete ten units from the following: Assess candidates using a range of methods; Assess candidates' performance through observation; Identify individual learning aims and programmes; Design learning programmes; Agree learning programmes with learners; Develop training sessions; Prepare and develop resources to support learning; Create a climate that promotes learning; Enable learning through presentations; Enable learning through demonstrations and instruction; Enable individual learning through coaching; Enable group learning; Support learners by mentoring in the workplace; Support and advise individual learners; Monitor and review progress with learners; Respond to changes in learning and development; Support competence achieved in the workplace; Support how basic skills are delivered in the workplace; Support people with learning basic skills in the workplace; Evaluate and develop own practice; Review health and safety procedures in workplaces.

Target Audience:
Suitable for those with direct contact with learners and work with them in the learning environment

Duration:
Open ended

Progression Route:
Workplace delivery and creation of a portfolio of evidence.
