Management NVQ Level 4
Course Content:
A candidate must complete five mandatory units and four optional units. Mandatory Units: Manage activities to meet requirements; Contribute to improvements at work; Develop your own resources; Develop productive working relationships; Provide information to support decision making.
Optional Units: Manage the use of physical resources; Manage the use of financial resources; Select personnel for activities; Develop teams and individuals to enhance performance; Manage the performance of teams and individuals; Respond to poor performance in your team; Facilitate meetings; Promote energy efficiency; Identify improvements to energy efficiency; Provide advice and support for the development of energy efficient practices; Provide advice and support for improving energy efficiency; Provide advice and support for the development and implementation of quality policies; Implement quality assurance systems; Monitor compliance with quality systems; Carry out quality audits; Contribute to project planning and preparation; Coordinate the running of projects; Contribute to project closure; Plan, monitor and support auditing of environmental performance; Report environmental performance to interested parties; Identify, implement and monitor action to improve environmental performance.
Target Audience:
Those with more personal responsibility and autonomy in their management role than Level 3 managers.
