CIPS Level 3: Certificate in Purchasing and Supply
This is one of a series of progressive purchasing and supply management qualifications designed by the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
The qualification is aimed at individuals with limited business experience or qualifications in purchasing who wish to progress onto Levels 4, 5 and 6 and develop their career towards junior management roles. Often, it is those who have been working in procurement for some months and would like to obtain a qualification and improve their effectiveness.
Tuition: Weekly
Course Length: Thirty week period
Course Units: All 5 units are compulsory

Securing supply
Client & Supply Relationships
Purchasing in action
Assessment: 3 hour written examinations take place in May and November
Dates of Assessment: dates scheduled upon completion of each unit
Cost: £395 + VAT per unit

Exam Fees: £60/module (approx)
Entry Requirements: Successful completion of Level 2 Certificate or relevant work experience.
