New Employer Engagement/Dual System (NEEDS)

The New Employer Engagement / Dual System (NEEDS) is a part-funded by ESF project whose prime objectives are:

• To increase employer engagement within training provision on Merseyside through the transfer of best practice and innovative approaches from the German City of Cologne.
• To ascertain employer training needs within Merseyside.
• To raise awareness, take-up, relevance and better target existing provision.
