Graham Helling
European Training Policy and Strategy Manager

Graham is responsible for developing
the strategy of the Chamber’s training group, as well as
identifying and accessing funding opportunities for Chamber, Mersey
Chamber Training Ltd and Trident Training Ltd projects. This includes
applying for funding from EU, UK Government and other sources,
to the value of 1.2 million pounds per annum. He is also the Project
Appraisal Officer for the European Commission.
Graham has worked at Liverpool Chamber since 1986, when he became
Training Manager for Trident Training. He has also worked as European
Operations Manager for Mersey Chamber Training. His current position
involves delivering training to 250 young people funded by the
Greater Merseyside Learning and Skills Council and 150 young people
funded under the Merseyside Objective 1 Programme. |
