Helpline Team Leader

The National Youth Advocacy Service (NYAS) is looking for a Helpline Team Leader to join their team.

The successful applicant will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the national NYAS Helpline service which provides a first class response to every contact made to NYAS.

Responsibilities include team and individual performance in order to meet and exceed key performance indicators on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

It is important that the team present a positive service user focus at all times which is aligned to NYAS values and behaviours.

Ideally you will have outstanding call centre experience preferably at a supervisory level. To be educated to at least Level 3 equivalent with excellent standard of English, Maths and excellent IT skills including call centre equipment/ software programmes.

It would be an advantage to hold a Certified Call Centre Manager (e.g. CCCM) or HND/NVQ3 in a business related area.
