Jack Stopforth
Chief Executive Officer

Jack joined the Chamber as Chief Executive in March 2005. Before
that he was managing director of the Cumbria Inward Investment
Agency for eight years. He was born in Liverpool and spent his
early career as a development economist in London. He returned
to work in Merseyside between 1978 and 1997, first as Chief Economic
Adviser to Merseyside County Council and latterly (1986 to 1997)
as owner manager of two public affairs, public relations and advertising

Carole Crosby
Deputy Chief Executive

Carole is the Deputy Chief Executive for Liverpool Chamber. Prior to taking this role she was responsible for HR, Finance, IT Central Services and Facilities.
Carole joined Liverpool Chamber of Commerce in 1999 to set up the new Infopool
facility. This provided a gateway for businesses to access information/services
across Merseyside. She also managed the Retail and Information services
before moving onto HR and the Business Startup programme (NES). More

Kevin joined the Chamber in 2005. He is head of the Commercial Services
division of Liverpool Chamber. This includes the various projects run
by the Chamber, such as Business Crime Direct, MerseyBroadband and COMPETE,
as well as the Retail services. More
