Negotiation is a method by which people settle differences. It is a process by which compromise or agreement is reached while avoiding argument and dispute. Successful negotiation is achieved by good planning, the appropriate use of power and the use of tactics and techniques.

Having the ability to negotiate and arrive at mutually satisfactory agreements is becoming more and more important. There are many situations where good negotiation skills are useful and occasionally essential.

This seminar will teach you the process of negotiation which you can implement straight away.
