I’m noticing recently that customers are taking extended payment terms on invoices. I’ve never really chased payment before as I didn’t want to alienate customers, but this current trend is hurting my cash flow. Do have any suggestions as to simple actions I could take to get paid on time?
How much would a written business plan usually cost? I have been quoted 4-6k which seems a lot of money, I don't however know what is normal.”
