TOP TIPS FOR BUILDING IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Keeping your customers happy is an important part of doing business. Not only should they be satisfied with your goods or services, you should also do your best to ensure they feel happy in dealing with and being associated with your business. Here’s a couple of top tips to keep your customers’ custom.

    SMART OPTION FOR CHAMBER MEMBERS
    FASHION lIVE120

Chamber members this week get their chance to take advantage of a unique new scheme to get the best out of Liverpool life.

We are sending the combined LiveOne20 lifestyle and Chamber Membership card to the principal contact at each of our member companies, free of charge. Keep a look out for them arriving on your desks, within the next week.

    CHAMBER SAYS STOP THE ROT!

“It is really irksome to hear individuals and organisations continually expecting the city council or government departments and agencies to deal with most matters that with a small effort by everyone would be resolved – its not all the ‘Corpy’s’ job!

"There needs to a quantum leap in the city region's performance to ensure success of the investments that are currently being made."

    SMOKEFREE - 96 DAYS AND COUNTING . . .

From 1st of July virtually all enclosed public places and workplaces in England will become smokefree. While the focus has been on pubs and bars to date, the legislation actually covers ALL workplaces.

Last week, a worrying 42% of businesses who took part a Chamber survey said that they were not yet ready to go Smokefree.

    Here’s a checklist of what you need to do . . .
