Register with liverpooltenders.com to get relevant alerts via email or text

Nominate a dedicated account manager to look after tender opportunities and try to target an area to concentrate on

CHINESE NEW YEAR BUSINESS AWARDS & DINNER
    C NY

Celebrate the year of the Golden Pig in style. This charity event features a black tie reception; prestigious awards; up-to-date briefing by the Chinese Consulate General Mr. Jianzhong Gong; expertly selected Chinese banquet; charity draw; and after dinner speech. Last year’s winner Tony Caldeira of Caldeira Ltd promises to share his secret of turning his small textile company into a leading global manufacturer through his China adventure.

    LIVERPOOL BUSINESSES REMAIN CONFIDENT
    Jack S

Liverpool Chamber of Commerce publishes its Quarter Four Economic Survey results today, showing that business confidence in Liverpool remained high at the end of 2006 with 67% of Liverpool businesses believing turnover will increase in the coming year and 62% believing that profitability will increase in first quarter of 2007

    BUSINESSES DEMAND BETTER POSTAL SERVICES

The results of a survey on Royal Mail delivery times show that businesses are not getting the quality of service that they require. Maresa Molloy, Liverpool Chamber’s Head of Policy and Information commented: “Businesses are seeking a reliable, customer focused, efficient and cost effective service provider, however many customers feel Royal Mail does not deliver to these expectations.”

    FLEXIBLE WORKING CASE STUDIES REQUIRED

Employers in the UK are offering a wide range of working patterns to increasing numbers of staff. This is not primarily because they are required to do so by legislation evidence suggests that the great majority of employers offer flexible working to all employees.

    SMART METERS IMPROVE ENERGY PERFORMANCE

The vast majority of organisations are working in the dark when it comes to gathering accurate management information on their electricity consumption – wreaking havoc with forecasting, budgeting, bill payment and the identification of waste. Chamber Utilities will provide a free energy audit for your business that could save you £1000's.
