At this time of year, Liverpool Chamber would typically be gearing up to join hundreds of our members at one of the highlights in Liverpool’s cultural calendar: The Randox Grand National.

Sadly government restrictions will prevent us from uniting in person this year, however we are determined to fill the huge void that this will leave in our members’ diaries.

Therefore, we have teamed up with MSP Studios to offer the ultimate companion to this year’s Randox Ladies’ Day on Friday 9 April from 1pm, and would like to invite you to join us via Zoom for an afternoon packed with excitement, entertainment and unrivalled networking opportunities! Furthermore, the event will see all proceeds raised directly benefitting two incredible charities who have worked tirelessly to support the most vulnerable people in society through the COVID-19 pandemic: Clatterbridge Cancer Charity and Everton in the Community.

Liverpool Chamber’s “Afternoon at the Races” will be hosted by Jamie Sutherland, who has supported some of the biggest names in comedy and played sell out shows across Europe and Australia, with live entertainment from singer/songwriter Lucy Mayhew, a regular performer on BBC Introducing and UK festivals including Lattitude.

We will be joined by a range of special guests on the day, including our friends from Aintree Racecourse and The Jockey Club, and will utilise the latest technology to offer networking opportunities during each race, allowing you to win new business, regardless of the success of your bets!

For businesses who would like to use this opportunity to bring colleagues or key clients together for a relaxed afternoon, we have the perfect solution: your own private “box”. This dedicated breakout room will allow up to ten guests to watch each race together, before returning to our live studio to enjoy the range of entertainment on offer. Individual tickets are available to members for just £10 (+ Eventbrite fees), giving a full afternoon’s entertainment, with “Boxes” available for just £100 (+ Eventbrite fees).
