We are thrilled to announce that Shawton Telecoms & Utilities will be sponsoring our third golf day which will be held at Huyton & Prescot Golf Course on Thursday 18th May, 2023.

This exciting event will bring together golf enthusiasts and community members to support a worthy cause, whilst enjoying a day of fun. With Shawton Telecoms & Utilities on board as a sponsor, we are confident that this year’s event will be a huge success.

Shawton is fast becoming a market leader within the telecommunications industry, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. Supporting our charity golf day, they are demonstrating their dedication to giving back to the community and making a positive impact. Shawton Telecoms provides its extensive portfolio of blue-chip clients with a standout full-fibre networking service spanning right across the UK. Although still in its infancy, having been founded by CEO Jamie Shaw and Chairman Stephen Sullivan in September 2021, the Tier 1 contractor is led by a wealth of industry experts with more than an impressive 135 years of combined experience.

As an alternative provider, Shawton Telecoms’ cradle to grave strategy strengthens its vision of shaping the future of home working and schooling, as well as its commitment to help the country’s businesses operate as effectively as possible.

With a team of 60 at its Newton Le Willows HQ, the firm is laying the foundations for the years ahead by investing in the next generation of talent, whilst deploying at pace and scale with its partners to enable them to deliver 10,000 homes each month over the next five years. Furthermore, Shawton Telecoms is playing its role in the Government’s ambitious plans to roll out transformational full-fibre infrastructure across the country by 2025.

We invite you to join us for this unforgettable day of golf, priced at £350 for a team of four which includes breakfast (bacon barm, tea/coffee), 18 holes of golf, goody bag for each golfer, entertainment, evening meal, prizes, raffle and auction.. All proceeds from the event will be dedicated to improving the lives of those people in crisis and poverty. So grab your clubs, brush up on your swing, and get ready for a day of friendly competition and good deeds.
