If you are looking to start a business, add a new product to your portfolio or reach a new market segment then this workshop is for you.

As part of this process you will need to identify all aspects of introducing the product for understanding the customer needs, how you can meet them and what resources you will need. (Internal or external collaboration with partners or suppliers in your value chain)

The Value Proposition will enable you to question your assumptions about the product attributes and features to identify if they fully meet your potential customer needs. As a result you will identify your value proposition and hence the unique selling point for your product.

Once you have identified the value proposition, you will then go on to develop a Business Model Canvas to integrate the product into your business : the selling channels, marketing channels, and the business processes needed to successfully enter the market segment you are targeting.

This session will be over 3 hours, and will be followed by a one-one online coaching session (2-3 weeks after the workshop)
