This face to face business plan workshop will give you the skills to create and develop an entrepreneurial business plan.

This is an interactive business plan workshop that aims to systematically train you to create and develop an entrepreneurial business plan. All seminar participants will receive a full version of a business plan guide that they can easily follow for planning their business. The seminar will primarily focus on the marketing elements of the business plan and participants will work towards the creation and presentation of a marketing plan, based on a real business case.

In addition, following attendance at this workshop, participants will be given the option to book a free one to one session for more tailored support.

Who should attend this workshop?: Small business owners, entrepreneurs, sole traders, middle and top level managers

The workshop will be delivered by Dr Akis Papagiannis; Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor at Liverpool Business School.

As a business consultant and managing director of an international consulting group for more than 25 years, he has successfully delivered several national and international EU-funded projects, focusing on business plans, strategic plans, innovative business redesigns and M&As.

In addition to his current teaching activities, he is a visiting professor delivering internationally, a series of business activities and consulting, primarily relating to business planning and entrepreneurship.
