Join Liverpool BID at their Active Travel Bike Event for a led bike ride with Cycle of Life. Meeting from 12:00pm on 24 May at Exchange Flags.
Cycle of Life will be offering free led bike rides and ride leader training as part of their Active Travel Bike Event. There will be two sessions running from 12:00 – 12:45 and 13:00 – 13:45.
The ride leaders will plan the route and risk assess them, they gather participants names and ensure all participants have been assessed for suitability before rides.
The groups can develop their abilities and bikes can be provided but participants are encouraged to get their own to enable them to ride independently and make cycling part of their daily life.
