What's the cost?
The cost for members is £250 + VAT per ticket and £285 + VAT per ticket for non-members.
Tickets can be purchased individually or tables are available of up to 12.
How do I get there?
You can access Aintree Racecourse via train, taxi or car. The nearest train station is Aintree, just a short walking distance from the racecourse.
Car parking spaces are available, you will receive 1 for every booking of 4.
Is this tax deductible?
While we aren’t Accountants and this shouldn’t be viewed as tax advice. Events like these are viewed as 100% tax deductible.
Do you cater for allergies?
Yes, when you fill out the form to purchase your tickets you will be provided with the option to share any allergies you or your team may have. We will also reach out to you after you’ve purchased your tickets to double check.
Do I need to be a member of the Chamber of Commerce to attend?
No, any business can attend and purchase tickets.

What should I wear?
The dress code is smart casual. Faded, distressed or ripped jeans, sportswear and trainers are not permitted.
Can I use cash?
Aintree racecourse continues to operate on a ‘cashless’ basis, including concessions. However, cash may be used when placing bets with all on-course bookmakers.
