The session will be lead by Nicola Forshaw, Director of Mindfit, who has been in the Menopause for the past 6 years and devised The Mindful Menopause Program to help women cope and find empowerment.
Nicola has been meditating since 2008 and teaching Mindfulness since 2012 and is passionate about sharing this life changing practice with others.
This session is open to women who are going through the Menopause as well as men and women who are supporting women in the Menopause or working alongside women going through the Menopause.
