Richard Harris is a Partner at DTM Legal in the Dispute Resolution Team and advises clients
on contract disputes, shareholder disagreements and finance litigation. He works across
the board to advise companies and individuals in both claimant and defendant positions.

Stephen Gregson is a Director at MHA Corporate Finance and has advised clients across a
range of sectors on fundraising, buying, and selling, valuations and strategic planning.

Jeff Cummins is an Investment Manager at River Capital, a Fund Management company
which helps ambitious small and medium sized businesses to accelerate their growth and
achieve their full potential. Jeff works with business owners and advisors to identify
funding needs and deliver the most suitable solutions.

Gary Owens has worked in banking for 25 years and has a strong background in Commercial,
Private and Retail banking. Gary joined Metro Bank in 2019 is passionate about providing a
much needed alternative in the world of banking and wants to ensure that Metro Bank’s
objective of being the UK’s number one community bank is met across the Liverpool City
Region.

Phil Whitehurst is a Partner at DTM Legal in the Corporate and Commercial Team. He
specialises in corporate transactional work, advising on business acquisitions and
disposals, private equity and venture capital as well as helping businesses ‘scale-up’.

Matt Farrell has worked in the food and drink industry for over 20 years and has a strong
restaurant background. He is the co-founder and manages the culinary and business aspects
of Graffiti Spirits Group. Matt is passionate about new trends, local produce, and offering
locals and visitors the perfect balance between quality and cool.
