Join An Hour With An Indie at Lu Ban in Liverpool City Centre for the second Collective Dinner. The evening will bring together a selection of local talent for an evening of fabulous food and drink, all in the beautiful surroundings of Lu Ban Chinese restaurant.

- Dave Critchley – Exec Chef at Lu Ban restaurant and star of The Great British Menu
- Paul Durand – Owner of the hottest restaurant in Liverpool right now, Manifest
- Desserts on the evening will be created by the popular dessert brand, The Midnight Delivery
As well as providing an awesome evening of food and drink, there will be opportunity to support the chosen charity for the evening which is The Paper Cup Project. They are a Liverpool based charity which supports local rough sleepers and people experiencing homelessness.
They also operate Paper Cup Coffee Shop which provides training to rough sleepers in order to provide them with the skills required for a job in the hospitality industry.
