Join us on 29th March for a night to remember at City of Liverpool College. You will be treated to a five course tasting menu, expertly crafted by five of Liverpool’s top Chefs. Proceeds from the evening will be donated to So Let’s Talk, a not-for-profit platform which supports hospitality workers with mental, physical and financial health.

The Collective Dinner, presented Liam Jones from An Hour With An Indie, is the brainchild of chef Eddie Kilty of Kilty & Co, a former student of the college. Joining Eddie on the night will be fellow chefs Josh Lundon from Skaus, Liv Alarcon from Queens, Nathan Booth of Panoramic34 and Michael O’Donohoe from London Carriage Works.

The five Chefs and current students will work together to serve a selection of canapes, starters, mains and desserts at the college’s recently refurbished Academy Restaurant.

“This is the first event of it’s type. Bringing five Chef’s together to create an evening like this is going to be special.

All five Chef’s are ex students of the college and have gone on to build successful careers in some of the city’s most popular independent restaurants or even start businesses of their own.

There is a national shortage of Chefs in the hospitality industry, so one of the aims of this evening is to showcase what the industry has to offer and promote our fantastic industry to the next generation.”
