With competing priorities, tighter deadlines and a greater workload it all adds up! In this workshop you will learn skills and techniques to help you prioritise your workload and make the most of your time.

This free* workshop enables you to choose the tips and techniques that are most suited to you and will help you to improve your own, personal time management skills, whether that’s setting objectives, motivating yourself, overcoming procrastination or using specific tools and technology to keep you on track.

With practical guides and templates to help you establish where your time is wasted, this workshop will show you how to make better use of your time by identifying the blockages and providing a tailored plan to overcome them.
