Are you interested in recruiting some bright new talent into your business – with help and support from St Helens Chamber and a 50% wage subsidy?

St Helens Chamber is currently working with five graduates in Liverpool with a wide range of expertise and skills through their Graduate Hub, who are looking for six month work placements within local businesses in the Liverpool area.

The Graduate Hub is designed to give graduates a range of additional skills and qualifications to complement their degree, in order to make them more valuable for businesses. Through the three week programme graduates receive training in IT, online marketing, customer service, sales techniques business finance and health and safety.

If you have a vacancy or project that needs completing in your business, this is a great way to assess whether the graduate fits in well with the company and can provide a route into a permanent role, whilst taking the hassle out of filling your vacancy.

Graduates are paid at national minimum wage for the duration of their placement, with St Helens Chamber covering half of the salary thanks to funding from the European Social Fund.
