Mystic Monkey Chinese Education: "Making Business Work magnificent for business"

A variety of Merseyside and Southport organisations are benefitting from the Making Business Work (MBW) workshops which are regularly held by Liverpool & Sefton Chambers of Commerce.

This includes Mystic Monkey Chinese Education (formerly called Business Chinese Solutions). Tony Camilleri, operations director at the company, recently began attending the MBW workshops and, needless to say, she felt that by attending, it had a direct and positive impact on her business.

Toni explained: "I took advantage of the wonderful opportunity to attend the series of one-day workshops on useful topics for small businesses. I also sent one of my colleagues to attend another workshop. These benefits underline why we joined the Chamber.

"They were all very useful sessions. I wanted to learn more and be reassured that the processes we were using were efficient and up to date.

"This was also a great way to meet people from other SMEs and to see if they encountered similar issues to us. Networking is always good when you are an SME and growing.

"I have implemented several ideas and recommended other processes to my Managing Director that I picked up on the courses.

"I would recommend the MBW workshops to anyone wanting to expand their knowledge and business. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the buffet was excellent."

The MBW project remains open for Merseyside businesses employing under 250 staff who have not received MBW support previously.
