Liverpool Chamber’s Quarterly Economic Survey

Thu, February 20th, 2020

It only takes two minutes to make a difference...

Liverpool & Sefton Chamber’s Quarterly Economic Survey Q1 2020 is now open, providing you with the opportunity to have a say in Britain’s largest and most authoritative private sector business survey.

Policymakers, including the Treasury, the Bank of England, the Office of Budget Responsibility, the EU Commission and the IMF, all recognise the importance of the QES as the first economic indicator of the quarter.

Crucially it also allows us to understand what is important to our members, enabling us to better represent you and lobby government on your behalf. It also informs our discussions with local decision makers, on key issues like skills and recruitment, to identify key trends and prioritise what needs to be done at a city region level to support businesses.

It is a simple 2-minute survey covering all aspects of business sentiment including sales, investment, cash flow, recruitment, and confidence. The survey can be completed here

The deadline for the survey is the 9th March 2020.

We will be discussing the results at our next QES Breakfast Meeting on the 24th of April
