Foursquare Group have launched a Covid-19 recovery plan

Foursquare Group have launched a Covid-19 Recovery Plan for hospitality and retail businesses in Liverpool. The four-stage strategy will guide businesses through the process making their site Covid-safe and ready to accept the public once again.

On completion of the process, Foursquare will issue successful sites with a Covid-Safe certificate which they can stick on the window and display on their website. This confirmation that the business has been verified by a third-party professional will deliver consumer confidence and boost footfall.

The strategy is being delivered under Fourquare’s new pricing model, which means that businesses will pay 'what they can' rather than a fixed price.

Liam Jones, Founder and CEO of Foursquare Group said:

"It's vitally important that retail and hospitality have the tools they need to restart and recover as fast as possible. This strategy makes it really simple for them to do that by guiding them along each step of the way. By delivering this through our pay what you can model, it also means that every business has access to the tools they need, regardless of their current cash position.
It's equally important that the work these businesses are putting in to make their sites Covid-Safe, is recognised by the public so that footfall can come back as soon as possible. After we have audited each site to assess their readiness, the certificate we provide will provide that confidence that the public need to go back out and visit these sites."
