As we approach the 12 month point of the pandemic, we are all tired. Tired of working from home, tired of not being able to see friends and family, tired of the monotony. And I am sure, like me, you are worried about the mental health of your team.

While there is no magic bullet, we know that creativity can have a huge impact on our mood and wellbeing. According to a recent Guardian article, “getting to grips with something new and creative is good for our mental health regardless of skill level.” I know first-hand how powerful this can be; in the first lockdown my team and I learnt lino-cut together through one of our online courses and I have to say I found it so beneficial! Focusing completely on one thing, learning a new skill and seeing an end result I was proud of, really took me away from day-to-day worries.

At dot-art, we wanted to provide an easy and affordable way for business owners and managers to give their staff the gift of creativity.

We have six online courses (see list below), all delivered by professional artists, which can be watched in your own time, as many times as you like. We’d like to offer you unlimited access for 12 weeks for your staff, to all 6 courses (value £200 per person):

• 1-5 staff, £100pp
• 6-20 staff, £75pp
• 21+ staff, £50pp.
