Rethinking cash flow: managing your working capital in preparation for government support measures lifting - April 29th, 8:30am

Over the last few years the cost of cash has been relatively cheap and easily accessible to many, leading to a reduced focus and other prioritised objectives for some C-suite executives. Heading into the pandemic, balance sheets driven by working capital, had increased year on year. Whilst this varied across sector and size of business, the overall trend was a deterioration in performance, driven particularly by increasing receivables and inventory positions.

What will happen when government support ends and market forces begin to act?

This webinar will focus on the annual BDO working capital study presenting some of its key findings and importantly offering practical advice. It draws together voices from industry, funding solutions and advisory to offer key insight into balancing and optimising cash as we rethink our approach into a new reality.
