New Practice Manager for ArchiPhonic

Liverpool-based architectural design practice, ArchiPhonic, has appointed a new Practice Manager.

Grace Costello has been promoted into the role after almost four years with the firm, during which time she has led the team’s administrative function and worked as Personal Assistant to Archiphonic Director, David Banister.

Grace will remain the first port of call for the practice’s customers, but her role will also now extend to managing back office functions, improving efficiencies, overseeing finances and contributing towards planning for the business.

Speaking of her promotion, Grace said:

“Since joining the company in 2018, I have worked closely with both the team and senior management to grow my knowledge of the industry and take an active role in the planning process.

“This new role will allow me to consolidate everything that I have learned to help drive the business forward. One of the key things about working for a younger practice is that we are always learning and evolving and as Practice Manager I will have the time and ability to focus on innovative new ways to work, so ArchiPhonic can continue to build on its success.”

David Banister, ArchiPhonic Director, added:

“Grace has been an asset to the team since she joined us and her enthusiasm, curiosity and tenacity has allowed her to develop a really solid understanding of the industry and our business. We have big plans for 2022 and I am excited to have Grace as Practice Manager, supporting and steering me and the rest of the team.”
