Big Help Project welcomes Dams’ as Charity of the Year Partner in 2022

Dams’, manufacturers and wholesalers of office furniture based in Knowsley, have pledged to make Big Help Project their Charity of the Year Partner in 2022.

Everyday of the week, Big Help Project work to make a difference by helping people to break the cycle of poverty and ensure nobody is left in crisis. Dams’ has been a long standing supporter of Big Help Project, and have consistently donated
food to be included in emergency food parcels to Knowsley Foodbank.

Dams’ decision to pledge to make Big Help Project their Charity of the Year Partner comes at a time when people are facing a huge spike in household bills; resulting in people having to choose between paying their bills, or buying food.

Chloe Jones, Quality and Compliance Technician at Dams, said;

“As a business, Dams’ is dedicated to supporting and bettering our local community. Big Help Project are a perfect partner for us with their wide array of services that not only ensure people do not go hungry, but also their commitment to get people
back into work and aid families get out of debt.

“Having donated food at Christmas for the last few years, we chose 2022 as the year to strengthen our relationship with Big Help Project and became a charity partner to better provide our support all year round.

Big Help Project is perfectly located to help us extend our charity outreach into the local community, including the Kirkby and Knowsley areas, and the team at Dams are excited to be taking part in numerous fundraising and volunteering activities for Big Help Project this year including a fire walk, food drive, and toy campaign.”
