The LCR Grad Scheme connects local graduate talent with SMEs across the Liverpool City Region (LCR).
Funded by the European Social Fund, the scheme will ensure businesses have direct and streamlined access to graduates residing in the LCR, from all universities. The LCR Grad Scheme Team, based at the University of Liverpool, will manage the following: Marketing & Attraction, Recruitment, Training & Development.
During June, July and August they will have an influx of final year students and masters students looking for roles after they graduate, so now is a great time to participate in the LCR Grad Scheme, especially if you are looking for graduates to join your business in the next 2-6 months.
Their recruitment process is very competitive so they have already gathered a strong talent pool of candidates for both technical and marketing & business operation roles, all of whom are looking to secure a role within an SME in the city region.
