Join us at The Junior Bakery Academy or the Junior Culinary Academy in February 2023.
We welcome aspiring bakers and chefs to join our 3 day programme from 14th – 16th February 2023 at our Duke Street site. You must be aged between 13-16 and available on 3 days.
You will be taught by experienced staff in our specialist facilities and will take home what you have prepared on each day for your
family and friends!
