WHAT ARE YOUR CHALLENGES?
Explore what a Business Model is, why building a Business Model is beneficial, and introducing the Business Model Canvas.
SESSION 03
BUILD YOUR GROWTH PLAN
Introduction to the Business Model template and populate this based on action learning set principles.
SESSION 04
WHAT DOES THE FUTURE LOOK LIKE?
Explore self-growth and the concept of self as an instrument for change.
The programme cost is E395 plus VAT. All learning material is included, and sessions will be held at central and accessible locations. Refreshments will be provided.
