The award-winning Group have appointed James Flannery as their new Director of Construction and Land.

Newly appointed, James will be responsible for the growth and development of Sovini Construction, whilst overseeing and ensuring successful land acquisition.
The new-build specialist will lead the Group’s development framework which aims to support the region’s housing demand through the creation of over 1,000 high quality, affordable homes within the next five years.

The North West based construction firm is a key contributor to the social and economic development and future growth across the North West.

James, who is a business owner himself as well as acquiring lead roads in regeneration and academia has also worked for Balfour Beatty plc, Tyson Construction and Thomas Armstrong during his 35-year career said:
