All Together Active are providing all members of the All Together Active Subgroup and working/thematic groups a sneaky peek of the new All Together Active website and Resource Hub before it officially launches at 4pm this afternoon – one year on from the strategy’s launch on the 12th October last year.
This new site will act as a portal for health, social care and community workers across Cheshire and Merseyside to access the All Together Active strategy, news, workforce offer plus the Resource Hub, which provides a one-stop shop of information for physical activity. The site’s audience isn’t the general public, but recognising that people may come across it we have included a link on the right hand side to direct them to the place-based provision that they might be looking for.
