It is important to promote gender diversity as a means of achieving a balanced workplace.

This IWD, my focus is on ensuring that women receive the opportunities they deserve through their hard work. Progress and accelerated action go hand-in-hand, and I firmly believe that women can lead change within the engineering sector.”
