Weightmans has been accredited as Leader in the new Stonewall Proud Employers Accreditation, which recognises the firm’s outstanding commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace.
The Stonewall Proud Employers Accreditation is an evolution of the former Workplace Equality Index and provides a structured benchmarking and accreditation tool to help organisations assess and enhance their progress with LGBTQ+ inclusion. The comprehensive assessment supports employers in creating safe, welcoming, and inclusive working environments where every individual is empowered to thrive.
Weightmans’ recognition as a Leader signals to all our stakeholders that the firm is “setting the standard, with impressive, consistent, and wide-reaching impact” on LGBTQ+ inclusion. This remarkable achievement highlights the firm’s commitment to upholding best practice and fostering a workplace culture where diversity is welcome and celebrated.

This important recognition comes after the firm was named a Top Employer for the 19th time in January, earning a top ten spot from the Top Employers Institute and recognised for its outstanding workplace culture.
