Bruntwood Works

We blend work and lifestyle to create spaces that encourage interaction and create communities.

Our Liverpool City Region portfolio includes The Plaza, Cotton Exchange, Queen Insurance Buildings, Exchange Court, Burlington House and St Hugh’s.

We promote greater work-life balance by providing a range of wellness, retail and leisure facilities within our buildings, all of which are people-driven, design-led and socially responsible.

We actively work to bring about real change by collaborating with ambitious and ground-breaking arts and cultural organisations, while also committing a minimum 10% of our profits each year to environmental, civic and charitable initiatives.

“We are committed to working alongside Liverpool Chamber and our fellow patrons and members to increase opportunities for regional economic growth through inward investment, job creation and enhancement of the skills base across the Liverpool City Region.”

Colin Forshaw – Regional Director – Bruntwood Works

We work closely with Liverpool Chamber on a number of initiatives to support SME growth and improved skills. Cotton Exchange is now the proud new home of Liverpool Chamber, while our pioneer development at The Plaza features an exciting new hospitality venue, offering even greater scope for future collaboration and joint events between the two organisations.

Colin Forshaw, Regional Director at Bruntwood Works, comments:

“Our business is founded on meaningful, ethical relationships and the creation of spaces where businesses of all sizes can grow and thrive. We are proud to develop enduring partnerships with our customers and work with them as they continue to evolve their businesses.

“Each of our buildings is designed to support collaboration and growth. Design-led, sustainable development allied with excellent leisure and wellbeing facilities creates an attractive proposition for staff and helps customers to attract the best talent.

“We are committed to working alongside Liverpool Chamber and our fellow patrons and members to increase opportunities for regional economic growth through inward investment, job creation and enhancement of the skills base across the Liverpool City Region.”
