The City of Liverpool College offer apprenticeships, work placements and programmes to aid in upskilling your staff
In providing high-calibre apprentices, bespoke, on-the-job training and comprehensive recruitment support, we aim to help you gain a competitive edge. Not only that, our curriculum is tailored around both employer feedback and advice from industry experts so that our learners are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills for their industry.
Apprenticeships
Offer Apprenticeships starting at level 2, all the way up to degree-level Apprenticeships.
Apprentices earn whilst they learn, attending College and training on the job. They’ll learn in the College’s industry standard workshops and purpose-built facilities, gaining industry knowledge from expert tutors.
Apprentices are supported throughout their programme by College tutors and industry experienced Skills Coaches
The college also offers free guidance and advice on how companies can utilise their Apprenticeship Levy.

Work Placements
The College matches career-focused students with employers to provide short-term support, while enabling businesses to help in the development of young people.
There is no financial requirement for companies to pay for placements. For one day a week students will support businesses, gaining the right skills for the job, with the rest of their time spent in college expanding their knowledge and technical expertise.
