Close your skill gaps with highly subsidised training

If you are looking to grow your business in the New Year, ensuring your workforce has the right skills, qualifications and knowledge to help drive your business forward is a must.

St Helens Chamber is pleased to confirm that Skills for Growth funding is now available until the end of June, allowing them to offer highly-subsidised business training packages from as little as £20 per delegate.

The funding, which is available to Small and Medium sized businesses (employing under 250 staff) located in the Liverpool City Region, is available to Liverpool Chamber Members as part of our partnership with St Helens Chamber.
Joanne Abraham, Director of Training Services at St Helens Chamber, explains:

“Providing training to your staff is proven to increase motivation and strengthen commitment to your company, both key benefits to a growing business.

“Skills for Growth Funding provides an excellent opportunity for local businesses to access accredited training in a highly cost effective way. We are excited to unveil our new seminar selection running from January to June and offer some new courses in Marketing, Winning Business and Manufacturing and logistics.

“The programme is shaped around our most popular courses for businesses to choose from, but we will also do our best to accommodate requests for additional courses.

“Businesses in St Helens have found this training hugely beneficial and we’re delighted to be able to keep offering it for another six months.”

The new offering of courses includes seminars in Facebook Advertising, Converting Website Visitors into leads, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Problem Solving Techniques, Getting the Most from Meet the Buyer Events and many more seminars built around a range of essential business areas.

To view our full offering of courses see our new seminar brochure here, details on all forthcoming courses can also be found on the St Helens Chamber website at www.sthelenschamber.com/business-school.
