  • Paul Cherpeau

    Paul is the Chief Executive of the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce CIC Group.


    Paul joined the Chamber in 2006 as a graduate of the University of Liverpool where he obtained a 2:1 degree in history. Paul subsequently worked his way up through the organisation, gaining responsibility for membership services, policy, marketing and apprenticeship delivery within a substantial portfolio as Head of Business Engagement and Director of Learning and Skills. 

    Paul undertook his MBA at the University of Liverpool whilst working at the Chamber and was subsequently appointed as CEO in September 2017 with the brief to modernise and improve the Chamber business to achieve maximum impact for, and on behalf of, its members in the areas of business services, advocacy and international trade.

  • Jon Cranston

    Jon joined the chamber in 2016 and operates as the Chamber's Director of Finance and Operations.

  • Elena Enciso

    Elena is currently seconded to the Department for International Trade and operates out of the Liverpool Chamber office. Her role is to facilitate and increase local companies' export opportunities and market engagement.

  • Lee Stanley

    Lee is the Head of Business Development.

  • Anthea Thomas

    Anthea is the Chamber's Business Recovery and Growth Manager. Joining as Interim Events Manager in Autumn 2019, Anthea is now responsible for ensuring Chamber service delivery is focussed upon providing support for businesses emerging from the damage of Covid-19.

  • Richard Smith

    Richard joined the Chamber in 2010 and is responsible for recruiting and engaging Chamber members; ensuing they achieve their objectives from their relationship with the company. 

  • Sarah Woolley

    Sarah is the Chamber's Export Documentation Manager with over twenty years experience of Chamber life. She ensures customers receive their documents swiftly and competently.

  • Heather Whitaker

    Heather operates as the Chamber's Export Documentation Assistant and provides a critical role supporting the issuing and processing of documents to customers

  • Lisa Noon

    Lisa is currently seconded into the export documentation department and is providing a support function on certificates of origin and Carnets.

  • Ian Bulmer

    Ian operates as the Chamber's Programmes and Policy Manager and has oversight of the Chamber's publicly-funded ERDF programmes including the Business Growth Programme and New Markets delivery.

  • Julie Sankey

     Julie provides support to the New Markets programme in her role as an International Trade Executive.

  • Michelle Cameron

    Michelle is responsible for the delivery of the Chamber's Responsible Business Programme and co-ordinates several of the Chamber's policy campaigns and forums relating to transport, energy & environment and CSR.

  • Melissa Healy

    Melissa operates as the Chamber's Office Manager and ensures all visitors to the Chamber receive a friendly welcome from the reception area.

  • Helen Gibbons

     Helen is the Chamber's Accounts Manager with more than 20 years service at the company. Helen oversees payments to and from customers and suppliers in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Conor Williams

    Conor joined the Chamber from Liverpool Hope University in the summer of 2019 on a paid internship. Quickly excelling in post as a Business Policy and Membership Executive, Conor was appointed on a part time basis whilst completing his marketing degree.
