North West Air Ambulance appoint Connect to design website

Successful pitch for Liverpool agency to the North West Air Ambulance Charity...

Liverpool based digital agency, Connect, is excited to announce that it is working in partnership with North West Air Ambulance Charity to design, build and host their new website. The competitive pitch saw Connect win the job after an in depth procurement process.

The North West Air Ambulance Charity’s helicopters and rapid response vehicles operate 365 days a year. Highly skilled specialist doctors and HEMS paramedics are on board, providing pre-hospital care and hospital transfers to patients across the entire North West region each year – an area covering 5,500 square miles and over 8 million people.

North West Air Ambulance Charity relies on its website to inform the public about the life saving difference they make and effectively engage with their supporters. This is essential as, completely charity-funded, the North West Air Ambulance Charity is solely reliant on public and corporate donations to keep the service operational, needing to raise over £9.5 million a year to support its lifesaving service.

Key objectives for the new site include ensuring their stakeholders understand who they are, what they do and the lifesaving different they make. It is imperative that the new website raises awareness and generates income so that the charity can maximise their lifesaving impact.

North West Air Ambulance chose Connect because of its ability to demonstrate extensive experience designing and building engaging and robust digital solutions.
