The SWACA Charity Annual Ball will be back for 2022!

We are delighted to announce that the SWACA Charity Annual Ball will be back for 2022! The Ball is our biggest fundraising event of the year and raised over £10,000 for the Charity in 2019.

As you will be aware, domestic abuse has been a focus of government and media coverage during the pandemic and, as a support agency, SWACA is more committed than ever to continue delivering free emotional and practical support to all the women, children and young people in Sefton who need our help. Having cancelled our 2020 ball, we took the decision not to put the event on this year either due to uncertainties with the pandemic and potential restrictions and, as a result, we have missed out on the amazing fundraising amounts that two balls would have provided to help support our services. This has only made us more determined to make our ‘come back’ ball bigger and better than ever and we are very excited to be raising the bar with our 2022 Charity Ball.

The event will be held on Saturday 2nd April 2022 at the impressive Isla Gladstone Conservatory in Stanley Park. Nestled between our two fantastic football grounds, the venue boasts stunning views across the park and really is spectacular when lit up at night. You can view the venue here – https://theislagladstone.co.uk/

We would like to offer your company the opportunity to be involved in this fabulous event which will be hosted by the wonderfully entertaining John Nelson. Ticket sales have increased to 200 and we are offering a broader range of corporate sponsorship packages to suit any budget starting from as little as £50 – please find attached details.

We hope to have our sponsors confirmed by July in order to maximise their promotion through event marketing. As we continue to roll out our new digital strategy, underpinned by our brand new fresh and modern website, we have already vastly increased our social media presence. We will be using all platforms to promote our main sponsor as actively as possible, including local press releases.

If you, or any of your colleagues, would like to discuss this opportunity in more detail, or how your organisation can get involved with SWACA in other partnership ways, please do not hesitate to contact sandra.blower@swaca.com
