During this session you will learn simple meditation techniques to boost your creativity and deal with fear. The session will be lead by Nicola Forshaw, Director of Mindfit. Nicola is a highly experience Meditation teacher with almost 10 years teaching experience in the workplace and has taught some of the city
region’s most senior leaders.
