The ACC Liverpool Group Limited operates the city’s world class event campus, home to M&S Arena, ACC Liverpool, Exhibition Centre Liverpool, as well as ticketing agency TicketQuarter. The ACC Liverpool Group campus is a family of venues, experiences and services for the local, national and international events market.
Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world class provider of venue and event services. The ACC Liverpool Group Limited also has a subsidiary company, ACC Liverpool Hotel Limited, which operates the Pullman Liverpool Hotel, a 216 bed hotel located on the event campus.
Owned by Liverpool City Council, The ACC Liverpool Group Limited and ACC Liverpool Hotel Limited are both directly governed by their own Board of Directors. A suitable candidate to fill the role of non-executive Chair of both Boards, from April 2022 onwards, is now sought.
The position is part time, requiring around 20 days per annum with a commensurate remuneration package. The ideal candidate will be a proven business leader who has the experience to oversee the operation of the Boards as well as work with and support The ACC Liverpool Group Managing Director and her team of experienced executives as required.
