Together to Zero will see local businesses receive funding and skills training to become greener as part of Liverpool City Region’s commitment to becoming net zero carbon by 2040, as well as working with local schools to raise aspirations for young people to pursue exciting sustainable career opportunities in the local region.
To start you on your net zero journey, we have created a series of fully-funded short courses to help local businesses realise their net zero capabilities. The course comprises three sessions and is designed for micro, small and medium-sized organisations, with a passion for reducing their impact. All three sessions must be completed before certification is granted.
You will gain an understanding of why Climate Change is a business issue, the fundamental, practical principles for how to achieve net zero and what kind of mindset is needed to make more conscious impact-led decisions.
