Avrenim’s Major Contract Wins Signal Business Growth

Avrenim has been awarded contracts with key clients including Warrington & Halton Hospitals NHS Trust, Liverpool City Council and the University of Salford.

Liverpool-based Avrenim Group was set up in 2018, with an ambition to become the go-to services provider in the North West.

Over the last few years, the company has grown quickly to become a main contractor, competing for work with large international FM and construction providers. The business has continued to go from strength to strength, and now employs over 100 staff at its Liverpool headquarters.

Avrenim’s recent contract wins demonstrate the company’s growth in the education sector as well as the company’s widening customer reach.

The wins include a contract for the University of Salford to undertake structural work and refurbishments in the Maxwell Building. Avrenim will provide services to support the creation of six clinical treatment rooms plus a reception area, waiting area and two circulation spaces.

Warrington & Halton Hospitals NHS Trust has awarded Avrenim a three-year contract to inspect, maintain, repair and replace fire doors throughout their estate.

In addition, Avrenim’s recent contract with Liverpool City Council entails refurbishment works of the building fabric at Abbot’s Lea School in Woolton. This includes the repair and replacement of fire doors, completing the work during the summer holidays whilst the school is empty.

John Newberry, Avrenim Chairman, commented:

“These awards with significant new customers show the extent of Avrenim’s growth within the education and public sectors. We are thrilled to be able to demonstrate our full range of capabilities and expertise, establishing ourselves as experts in facilities management in the North West. Avrenim’s reputation for quality and value means that we are quickly becoming the trusted FM partner of choice.”
