An action learning experience for individuals who want to explore Inclusion Diversity and Equality challenges in their context with others from other businesses and organisations.
You will participate in 12 hours of facilitated action learning, creating the opportunity to share your challenges and experiences benefitting from the experiences of others within the learning set.
You will also have a one-hour sense making conversation with your facilitator as part of your learning experience.
It is expected that the next programme will commence in December and comprise of four, three-hour face to face sessions.
This experience will not only provide you with real time learning but will also create a network that has the potential to support your ongoing future development.
